Millions of people are badly affected by flood in Bihar.Government officials say around 80 people havebeen killed by flood, but actual figure is much more.Nearly three millions people became homeless.Rescue operation is going on but struggling hard to cope with the situation. The victims have taken shelter on school buildings, top of roofs, temples.
